I would not recommend KB home to anyone. I would advise to spend more and go with a higher quality home builder. Buyer Beware.

My house isnt even 4 years old yet. One would expect copper lines for the a/c unit that run under the concrete slab of the garage door to not leak. No, it's caused issues with my a/c more than once. I've had to have the copper line capped and new line re-routed through my attic at a costly expense
